Bio Hygiene is an Australian company manufacturing dental infection control products from Germany for the Australian dental and medical industry. Their range includes, suction line cleaners, instrument cleaners, surface cleaners and hand disinfectants.
Bio Hygiene approached DigiGround for design help, branding documents, a series of instructional product videos, and an infographic for their sample cases and magazine ads, as well as ongoing design support.
Bio Hygiene and DigiGround Work Process
DigiGround began by creating a brand guideline pack for Bio Hygiene. Bio Hygiene, as a new company did not have official logo/brand documents to send out to media or suppliers who might want to add the company details and logo to their catalogues or magazines. The Guideline pack included colour usage, graphic placement, minimum size requirements and readability, incorrect use and graphic elements for print and web. Following this, DigiGround designed a business card with matt cello and spot UV for a textured effect.
DigiGround then created a series of instructional videos. Set on location in a Dental surgery, DigiGround arranged for an actor to act out the instruction process, filming each product’s ‘how to use’ procedure. In one day we were able to create 5 short videos that today is widely used as a guide for customers and within sales presentations.
Bio Hygiene requested some sort of design that could be used to show customers the complete range of Bio Hygiene products, in one easy Starter Kit and how each of them work. DigiGround’s Design team created an infographic for advertisers to use in magazines and to add to the starter kit cases. The infographic clearly displays how each product can be used within all areas of the dental surgery.
When Bio Hygiene’s Director approached us to take professional headshots, DigiGround’s photographer captured the Director in different locations and backgrounds for a variety of uses. The headshots are now being used in social media profiles and on the company website.
