The Nutrition Project

About

The Nutrition Project is a 26-week program designed to introduce solid foods to infants in a way that is safe and supportive of their rapidly growing digestive system. Designed by Paediatric Nutrition expert Michelle Fernandez, the program offers experienced and first-time parents with nutritional recipes that nurture energy and nutrients need for a healthy baby.

Objective

Michelle came to DigiGround for help to gain more subscribers for her program and business.

She had limited budget and was seeking help with her marketing planning and implementation.

DigiGround Work Process

DigiGround started by planning The Nutrition Project’s Facebook advertising strategy that included building website traffic, promoting the program and special seasonal related offers and retargeting. The advertising helped The Nutrition Project to build awareness and grow the Facebook following, subscriber list and increase Infant Nutrition Program sales.

Following this, we suggested Michelle create a new website for better SEO ranking and build an app to take her manually driven program to greater heights, allowing her to focus on what she did best: creating new programs.

Our web developers transitioned her old Square Space site to a WordPress website. We added an online shop with a customised gift function and a member forum. We also implemented a new program design that members could access, once they had purchased the program.

The web app we built for The Nutrition Project allowed Michelle to manage more subscribers, from across the globe, at any time. The app can be managed and maintained by Michelle, allowing her to update and add new content regularly, and provides an opportunity to add more programs, to create more revenue.

We absolutely love working with Michelle and are avid supporters of her program. We continue to support The Nutrition Project with marketing advice, advertising and updates of her mobile app.
