Perpetual Property are a newly established company successfully selling property in the residential and development space. Their success ultimately comes from their ability to provide sales, through the development and implementation of tried and tested strategies.
Objective
Perpetual Property approached DigiGround for a range of marketing services and support.
They were looking to establish an online presence, needing a website and social media plan. As well as, establish themselves in the north-west area.
DigiGround Work Process
We began work on a new WordPress website. Completely customised and created for traffic conversion, the site included consistent branding, a blog page, forms to capture leads and a customised property integration for properties for sale and sold.
The integration required specialised design and web development to integrate the Agentbox property feed to the For Sale and Sold pages. This was a challenging task, because no API was provided, and we received little to no support from Agentbox themselves.
The result was a clean user interface. Visitors could search based on property type, suburb, price, and include how many beds, bathrooms and car spaces were preferred. Perpetual Property are able to add new properties to their Agentbox CRM and the properties, will automatically feed into the site.
DigiGround helped Perpetual Property to present their knowledge, as thought-leaders in their industry by provided some copywriting for the website and blog page as well as social media channels, helping to setup the social media pages.
Concurrently, our design team created DL flyers for Perpetual Property. The first flyer was a Christmas message and introduced Perpetual Property to the Carlingford and Dundas region. Following this we created 2 more flyers that profiled each of the key sales staff. Each flyer job included design, print and delivery.
