They are now in their 18th year of publication and is a leading source of news and information from the aviation industry in the Asia-Pacific region. Readers can subscribe to the print magazine, which includes a subscription to the digital version as well.

Objective

Asian Aviation wanted to upgrade their website to meet modern standards. They wanted to improve the way visitors read articles, while giving their partners, external advertisers and stakeholders more opportunities for advertising on the site.

DigiGround Work Process

DigiGround’s web development team came together to work on a new WordPress website for Asian Aviation. This included a new design that displays a clearer and more readable newspaper layout with a navigation that is easy to follow.

We have been providing monthly maintenance of the website, including theme updates, plugin updates, website edits, add-ons and backing up the site so that it runs to its optimum level and continues to enhance the subscriber’s user experience.

Our marketing team conducted search engine optimisation for the Asian Aviation website. We worked with Asian Aviation to find the best keywords for the site and provided conversion rate optimisation (CRO) suggestions and improvements for their website based on keyword research, user interaction and behaviour. DigiGround continues to provide Asian Aviation with ongoing SEO maintenance to ensure that the site is consistently ranking high in search engine results pages.

We added new advertising spaces to the site to give advertisers more display options, and better analytics for reporting and scheduling opportunities for website managers. This ultimately has provided a better service for advertisers, as they can see clicks and impressions from their ads to their linked destination.
