Work for the corporate website began after gaining an understanding of the brand’s style and personality. The DigiGround graphic design team created draft designs for the site which we presented to the client in pdf. The new site incorporated brighter colours, an information page for each service and a particle background effect to provide movement and a connection to technology, which is at the core of MobileCorp’s service offering.
DigiGround’s copywriter provided social media support, creating social posts for MobileCorp’s various social platforms.
Our app development team provided support for MobileCorp’s new communication app, team.co and the marketing team offered Facebook advertising help. They created and managed campaigns for each brand, to build brand awareness and gain followers to the platforms.
We have also worked on a customer portal for MobileCorp. The customer portal was a fully customised customer web-portal for MobileCorp clients and staff. The portal offers MobileCorp’s customers a place to order mobile phones, request repairs, sign up for phone plans, track orders and much more. It also features an administration area for staff to log in, track and manage requests.
